ingredients:
100 g of lettuce, sliced
125 g spaghetti, boiled until tender, drain
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 eggs red onion, chopped
100 g minced chicken meat
50 g chives or green onions roughly chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
How to make:
Arrange lettuce and spaghetti in a serving dish.
Saute garlic and onion until wilted.
Enter the chicken and chives, stirring until it changes color and mature.
Add the soy sauce, pepper and oyster sauce. Boil and stir until blended.
Remove from heat.
Pour over spaghetti and serve.
